Incorporated on September 18, 2017, the company is established as World Growth Management Fund in accordance with the Labuan Companies Act 1990 and is regulated by the Labuan Financial Services Authority (www.labuanibfc.com)
Under the supervision of the Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA), World Growth Management Fund operates in strict compliance with the laws and regulations of its jurisdiction. This includes obtaining all necessary regulatory approvals and adhering to the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001 (AMLA). We have implemented robust internal policies and procedures to ensure a sound compliance framework, prioritizing the protection of our clients' interests.
In accordance with Labuan FSA requirements, World Growth Management Fund maintains a dedicated contingency reserve fund to compensate clients against unforeseen risks, ensuring the continued safeguarding of our investors' assets.
